Jon’s expertise is in accounting systems, contract personnel services, and CFO/controller/staff outsourcing.  He works with a variety of clients (including high net worth individuals, start-ups, nonprofits, and corporations) to set up, review, and manage their accounting needs.

Jon has over 19 years of accounting and auditing experience.  He began his career in 1988 with Price Waterhouse in San Francisco as part of their audit practice.  He later moved to Los Angeles with Arthur Andersen where he worked in their real estate services and high net worth practices.

In 1996, Jon started his own outsourced CFO practice where he gained significant experience working with startup ventures and early stage growth companies to help them navigate their way through real world challenges where solutions sometimes required more than just the typical accounting focus.  Jon specializes in high-level contract services (CFO, controller, accounting manager, etc), audit and compilation services, and diagnostic consulting.

Jon joined Temo A. Arjani & Co., LLP in 2003. He earned his B.A. Degree in Economics/Business from UCLA, is a Certified Public Accountant, and currently serves on 3 nonprofit boards of directors.
