Wendell has broad expertise in corporate taxation.  He works with both public and private companies in tax planning, compliance and exam defense.  He also has significant experience in individual, trust and estate taxation.

Wendell came to TemoArjani LLP in 1989 with significant corporate experience.  Wendell spent 7 years at MGM/UA Entertainment Co. where he was responsible for a number of tax areas, including Federal, State and Local corporate income taxes as well as property and sales and use taxes.  He specialized in investment tax credits and amortization issues of motion picture films. 

Wendell also worked at American Medical International, Inc. (now known as Tenet Healthcare) for 3 years where he and his staff handled all tax compliance and planning for approximately 50 for-profit hospitals and medical facilities located in California, Colorado and Texas. 

Wendell earned a B.S. degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
